| it will be sufficient for tuning your car. There's a filter in there that needs regular replacement. Two weeks ago I had my car dyno tuned,5 other cars were dynoing on that day. All other cars had wideband 02 sensors except mine, and I was hesitant about relying on the sniffer alone, so I asked the tuner to use the sniffer on the other cars even though it wasn't necessary, and to evaluate the difference in readings between it and the wideband. This was an exercise he was curious about himself, so he agreed. The readings were within 1/2 point from each other across the board, in most cases, the A/F ratio was exactly the same for both measuring devices.
